Hong Kong University of Science and Technology

 

王一教授主要研究方向为粒子宇宙学,偏重理论研究方向。

2009年博士毕业于中科院理论物理所。

之后,先后在加拿大McGill Uinv. 和英国Cambridge Univ. 做博士后研究员,2014年入职港科大。

Title: Physics of the Cosmological Collider

 

Abstract: We discuss how the primordial universe can be used to probe high energy physics. For this purpose, the following three topics will be covered: (1) An overview of cosmological correlation functions (non-Gaussianities). (2) Using inflation as a collider to probe the particle physics Standard Model and BSM physics. (3) Distinguishing inflation and alternative-to-inflation models from the outcome of the cosmological collider. 

 

The topic is a bit theoretical but I will try to relate more about observations during the talk.
